Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to promote NSTC workshops, courses, mentorship programs and packages.
• Manage social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube) and post engaging content regularly.
• Run paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and optimize them for registrations and lead cost.
• Send email and WhatsApp campaigns to students, researchers and institutions, and manage mailing lists.
• Do on-page and off-page SEO for nanoschool.in to improve search ranking and organic traffic.
• Create and coordinate content such as posts, posters, banners, short videos, blogs and workshop announcements.
• Promote upcoming workshops to universities, colleges and research communities in India and overseas.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and ad dashboards, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Generate and follow up on leads together with the sales and academic teams.
• Keep up with digital trends, competitors and new tools, and suggest ideas to improve results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, IT, Science or a related field. A certification in digital marketing is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or lead generation.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools. Basic video editing is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English communication and content-writing skills.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines and to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, education, research or science-related marketing.
• Experience promoting webinars, workshops or online courses.
• Knowledge of WordPress, CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Interest in science, technology and research.
