Job Description

Axiona Healthcare Private Limited is a consultancy providing healthcare licensing assistance and recruitment services. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with practical experience in Meta Ads who can generate quality leads through effective audience targeting and campaign optimization.

Our primary focus is generating leads for healthcare licensing services, particularly DHA/UAE licensing and eligibility assistance. We also run recruitment campaigns for job vacancies across India and international markets on behalf of other companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads using Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate quality leads for DHA/UAE licensing and healthcare licensing services.
• Run lead-generation campaigns for recruitment vacancies across India and international markets.
• Identify and target the right audience based on service and vacancy requirements.
• Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and lead forms.
• Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead (CPL), and lead quality.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ads to reduce irrelevant enquiries.
• Conduct A/B testing and prepare campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand lead quality and improve campaign results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and paid lead-generation campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign setup, and optimization.
• Ability to generate relevant and qualified leads, not just a high volume of enquiries.
• Knowledge of CPL tracking, performance analysis, and campaign reporting.
• Basic knowledge of ad copywriting, creatives, and lead form optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing advertising campaigns for different services or target audiences.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and demonstrate previous results.
• Experience in healthcare or recruitment marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Important Note

Candidates must have practical experience running paid Meta Ads campaigns. Candidates with experience limited to SEO, social media posting, or graphic designing without hands-on paid advertising experience may not be suitable.
