Digital Marketing Executive / Manager – Ayurvedic Treatment Centre

Ayurdhan is an ayurvedic treatment centre in Jakkur, Bangalore, offering authentic, personalised Ayurvedic care. We are growing our online presence and are looking for a digital marketer to help more people discover us and book consultations.

Role overview
You will own our digital marketing end to end: building visibility, generating quality patient enquiries, and turning them into appointments. Depending on experience, you will join as an Executive or a Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run SEO (on-page, off-page, local SEO and Google Business Profile) to improve our search rankings and local visibility
• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local)
• Plan and run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Manage social media channels with a regular content calendar
• Track performance, report on leads, cost per lead and conversions, and continuously improve ROI
• Work with the clinical and front-desk teams to create accurate, trustworthy content on treatments and wellness
• Manage our website, landing pages and online reputation (reviews and ratings)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and ad reporting tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Data-driven approach with the ability to manage ad budgets

Added advantage

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
• Video editing skills for reels and short-form video (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
• Experience in healthcare, wellness or ayurveda marketing
• Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns
