Digital Marketing Executive Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, improving online brand visibility, generating leads, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop engaging content ideas, captions, creatives, and promotional strategies.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop marketing materials.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and audience engagement using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Good content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Basic understanding of website management and WordPress.
• Experience in influencer marketing and online brand promotions.
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
