Digital Marketing Executive (Graphic Design & Content Development)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for graphic designing and content writing and be passionate about creating engaging marketing materials and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing collaterals, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW is an advantage.
• Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color combinations, and branding.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to write engaging social media captions, blogs, newsletters, website content, and email campaigns.
• Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Content Writing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience in the IT/Software industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
