Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – B2B & B2C E-commerce Location: Udyog Nagar, New Delhi Job Type: Full Time Reports To: Head of Marketing / E-commerce Manager ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly versatile Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our B2B and B2C e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and building brand presence across digital platforms for both direct consumers and business clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies that serve different customer segments and buyer journeys. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (wholesale/distributors) e-commerce audiences. Create separate funnels and messaging strategies based on buyer persona for B2B and B2C. 2. Performance Marketing Run targeted paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to generate leads (B2B) and online sales (B2C). Manage and optimize advertising budgets across platforms to maximize ROI. 3. SEO & Content Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO for e-commerce product pages and B2B landing pages. Work with content creators to develop blog posts, product descriptions, whitepapers, and case studies. 4. Email & CRM Marketing Execute email campaigns tailored to segmented lists (promotional for B2C; informational/lead nurturing for B2B). Maintain customer databases and run retargeting and reactivation campaigns. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM tools. Generate reports for both B2B lead generation KPIs and B2C sales funnel metrics. 6. Marketplace & Website Management For B2C: Optimize product listings and campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra. For B2B: Support sales team with lead generation landing pages, digital catalogs, and B2B portals. ⸻ Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to both B2B and B2C e-commerce. Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Seller Central. Strong understanding of customer behavior differences in B2B vs. B2C. Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Canva. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in running account-based marketing (ABM) for B2B. Understanding of D2C brand strategy and community building.
