Digital Marketing & Client Operations Executive

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel outside Bangalore / outstation travel as required (up to 20-30%)

We are looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented professional to manage our digital marketing campaigns, track key business metrics through MIS, handle client communications/operations, and travel out of the city for client visits and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media channels.

- Create content calendars, draft basic ad copy, and coordinate creative assets.

- Monitor lead generation funnels and optimize campaign performance to drive ROI.

MIS & Data Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, ad performance, and operational KPIs using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and track client communication history.

- Analyze campaign data to draw insights and present structured reports to management and clients.

Client Operations & Outstation Travel:

- Serve as the main liaison for client queries, operational updates, and campaign progress reports.

- Travel outstation / outside Bangalore as needed for client meetings, on-site event coordination, or operational reviews.

- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and smooth handoff of deliverable requests.

- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign execution with client timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
