Digital Marketing and Product Marketing Manager

Note: Delhi/NCR based candidates preferred.

Preferred candidate profile:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in the IT industry to lead our digital marketing initiatives, brand development, product positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant digital channels.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve brand visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.

2. Brand Building & Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute brand-building strategies to strengthen the company's market positioning and brand identity.
• Establish consistent brand messaging, value propositions, and communication across all marketing channels.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Growth
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and backlink planning.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new and existing IT products and services.
• Identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), customer segments, and buyer personas.
• Develop launch plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
