Job Description

Jeevika Hospitals is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive who can take care of our day-to-day digital marketing activities and help us reach more patients through online platforms.

We are looking for someone who can handle the complete digital marketing process, from creating content and running advertisements to generating enquiries, tracking leads and improving results.

The candidate should be comfortable using modern digital marketing tools, AI tools and automation platforms to make everyday work easier and more effective.

We don't expect you to be an expert in everything, but you should have good practical knowledge, be willing to learn and be confident in managing different marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing activities for the hospital and its various departments.
• Run and monitor Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Create and coordinate social media posts, reels, videos and other promotional content.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, campaign planning, design and other marketing activities.
• Manage the hospital's social media pages and maintain regular engagement.
• Improve the hospital's visibility on Google Search and Google Maps through SEO and Google Business Profile updates.
• Keep the hospital website updated with relevant information, services, banners and promotional content.
• Generate patient enquiries through Google, social media, WhatsApp and the hospital website.
• Track enquiries and coordinate with the front office and calling teams to improve appointment bookings.
• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM and automation tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, enquiries, appointments and conversions.
• Suggest new ideas and marketing activities to increase the hospital's online reach and patient enquiries.

Skills Required

• Good working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile and website management.
• Ability to create or coordinate attractive social media content.
• Familiarity with Canva, AI tools or other content creation platforms.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, CRM and marketing analytics.
• Good communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned activities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and improve existing marketing processes.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience are welcome to apply.

Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing will be an added advantage, but it is not compulsory.

We are also open to candidates who have worked in digital marketing agencies, startups or other businesses and have experience managing multiple marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, willing to learn and focused on getting results.
