Digital Communications Intern

Job Role:

Support day-to-day digital communications, content development, campaign coordination and performance tracking across assigned digital channels under the Marketing Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities:

1) Draft, schedule and publish approved content for company LinkedIn pages and designated leadership profiles.

2) Suggest content ideas, maintain the content calendar and research relevant topics, industry trends and communication opportunities.

3) Use AI tools to research topics, brainstorm content ideas, assist with copywriting and improve content productivity, with appropriate fact-checking and human review.

4) Work with the Creative Intern to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.

5) Track competitor communication, digital campaigns and content trends to identify relevant insights and opportunities.

6) Monitor LinkedIn metrics, track available WhatsApp campaign performance and compile performance data shared by the social media agency.

7) Assist with website content updates, promotional banners and product communication in coordination with the website team.

8) Monitor LinkedIn interactions, escalate queries as required and maintain an organised repository of approved content, creatives and campaign materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; a master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications from an Indian or overseas institution is preferred. Strong writing, copywriting and research skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business and digital communication platforms. Knowledge of AI tools for research, brainstorming and content creation. Basic understanding of social media analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite is an advantage. Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
