Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you are persuasive, results-driven, and have excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services and generate interest. Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales/lead targets. Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Report daily call status and outcomes to the team lead/manager. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service preferred (freshers can also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English, regional language is a plus).
