Job Summary: We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Social Media Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record of managing social media pages, engaging audiences, and delivering measurable growth. You will work closely with clients, ensuring their brand presence is consistent, engaging, and impactful across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow multiple social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop, schedule, and publish creative content that aligns with brand goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach. Handle client communications and manage expectations professionally. Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and audience preferences. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns. Take full ownership of the brand’s voice and presence on social platforms. Required Skills: Proven experience in handling social media pages end-to-end. Strong client communication and relationship management skills. Ability to drive page growth and engagement organically and through paid efforts. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.) Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Eligibility Criteria: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. Based in Chennai Must be open to commuting to client sites when required.
