Lead Nurturing: Build a pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a strong follow-up system. 2. Program Promotion and Sales: Effectively present the value and benefits of our courses to potential students and decision-makers. Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their decision. 3. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and proactive effort. 4. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients to promote long-term engagement. 5. Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools. Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and key metrics. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns. Provide feedback on leads, market trends, and customer pain points to improve services.
