Graphic Designer – Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative and digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets across digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of design trends relevant to modern digital and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and design layouts for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, posters, flyers, brochures, and presentations . Collaborate with marketing, branding, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual identity across all materials. Design and optimize graphics, banners, and visuals for digital platforms such as websites, social media, email marketing, and advertisements. Create logos, brand identity kits, and UI/UX mockups that align with company and client goals. Prepare design drafts and receive feedback for improvement and finalization. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet visual and technical standards. Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects), Figma, or Canva Pro . Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with current design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices . Support video editing and motion graphic needs for marketing campaigns if required. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field . 1–3 years of proven experience in a creative or digital marketing environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent tools . Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and composition . Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms . Knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut). Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as branding, conversion design, and visual storytelling. Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or AI-driven environment is a plus.
