Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include promoting and selling technical products and services, collaborating with customers to solve technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with current and potential clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including understanding and presenting technical information effectively Experience in providing Technical Support to clients, troubleshooting, and handling technical inquiries Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines Familiarity with automation or instrumentation industries is an added advantage Proven ability to work in an on-site role collaboratively as part of a team
