The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Growth Lead Intern to spearhead our partnership acquisition for Navratri 2025. This is not a typical internship; you will be on the front lines of our business development efforts, directly contributing to the commercial success of our largest seasonal campaign. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing collaborations with a diverse range of brands, corporations, and community groups across Ahmedabad. This role requires a blend of sharp research acumen, persuasive communication, and relentless follow-through. Key Responsibilities: * Market Intelligence & Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and qualify potential brand partners, corporate sponsors, and large groups ideal for Navratri event collaborations. * Lead Enrichment & Pipeline Management: Utilize a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, professional networks, direct calls, and on-ground visits) to gather intelligence, enrich lead data, and build a robust prospect pipeline. * Client Outreach & Pitching: Craft and deliver compelling, customized pitches to key decision-makers, clearly articulating the unique value proposition of a Navratri collaboration with Digibuddy. You will also be responsible for introducing our subsequent portfolio of services where appropriate. * Meeting & Relationship Management: Proactively schedule and aim to conduct a minimum of 3-4 introductory meetings (virtual or in-person) daily with qualified leads, fostering professional relationships from the initial contact. * Data & Reporting: Meticulously maintain and update the lead management system (Google Sheets/CRM) with all activities, communication logs, and status updates. Prepare and present concise daily reports on progress, achievements, and challenges to the management team. Who We're Looking For: * An exceptionally motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn the fundamentals of business development and sales. * Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Gujarati is a strong asset. * Demonstrable proficiency in navigating and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Gmail for professional outreach. * A natural researcher with a knack for uncovering information and connecting the dots. * Must be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours daily to the role. * Based in Ahmedabad and comfortable with local travel for meetings and market visits. * Tenacious, organized, and capable of working independently under daily guidance.
