Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer located in Madhubani. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing financial services, conducting field visits, engaging with local communities, assessing borrower needs, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely loan recoveries. Additional tasks include providing guidance on financial products, monitoring loan usage, and reporting progress to management. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of microfinance and rural markets Experience in community engagement and fieldwork Ability to assess financial needs and process loans effectively Organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local environment Relevant experience in financial services or social work is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field
