This is not a typical EA position — it’s an opportunity to become the right hand of the leadership team, taking ownership across operations, marketing, sales, research, and strategy. As Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO, you will act as a strategic partner, directly involved in operations, strategy, and execution across multiple industries (e-commerce, fintech, real estate, AI, and more). Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end executive support to the Founder, managing schedules, notes, communications, and follow-ups. Act as a bridge between the Founder and teams/clients — ensuring clarity, summarising discussions, and driving accountability. Assist across operations, sales, and marketing , including content research, SEO, and social media management. Document business operations, prepare reports, and support research and analysis. Maintain discipline in program management, diarising, and task tracking to keep priorities on track. Be hands-on with a wide variety of tasks — from strategic initiatives to everyday operations. Leverage AI tools for productivity, research, and communication. Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Bonus: Support bookkeeping and basic accounting functions where required. Key Requirements Excellent command of English (written & spoken) and fluency in Hindi is a must. Comfortable working from an office environment with pets (two large dogs) . Highly adaptable and flexible with working hours; comfortable managing shifting priorities. A natural multitasker — able to move seamlessly between projects and industries. Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly. Confident communicator with the ability to summarise complex discussions. Demonstrated ability to self-learn, take initiative, and handle responsibility with minimal supervision. Experience in marketing, SEO, or social media is highly advantageous. Position: Sales & Field Marketing Intern Location: Based out of our office at NIBM Road, Pune (with regular field visits) Duration : 3 months (extendable) Stipend : Base stipend + performance-based incentives About the Role: We’re looking for high-energy sales interns who are ready to get their hands dirty (and paws muddy!) growing our pet brand across the city. From getting listed in pet stores to setting up society stalls and driving online leads — you’ll be on the front lines of our sales and brand activation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Visit local pet shops, vets, and pet service providers to introduce and sell our products. Pitch and onboard new retail partners for product listings. Conduct on-ground activations like stalls in residential societies, events, and parks. Assist in planning and executing weekend sales drives and pop-up events. Coordinate with the in-office sales and marketing team for stock, promotional materials, and reporting. Support online sales outreach to small resellers or e-commerce platforms.
