Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Generate engaging, high-quality original content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms and the company website. Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram (Reels, Stories), TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is optimized for each channel's specific format and audience preferences. Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns to align with business goals and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community and provide excellent customer service. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
