As a Product Manager you shall lead multiple Product range with a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You should carry be a market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production from conception through release. You need to be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. Roles and responsibilities: Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre successful achieved. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams Responsible for understanding the client requirements and preparing a FS document after discussing with Development team. Responsible for explaining the functionality to client, support team and developers. Responsible for reviewing test cases. Responsible for problem analysis and functional verification. IDEAL Profile: Bachelors degree in Engineering or BSC. Computers Should have minimum 5 years experience in payments project on Business Analysis. Should have good exposure to different payment standards like IMPS/NEFT/Card Payment /AEPS/ Financial inclusion Should have experience in working with clients to understand the business requirements. Should have working experience on at least two payment products.
