Job Role: Telecaller / Academic Counsellor We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our admissions team. Your primary responsibility will be to call parents and students, explain our courses, and schedule demo lectures or counselling sessions with our faculty. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to parents and students from the provided database. Explain DGT Study’s programs (JEE, NEET, and Board courses) clearly and confidently. Convince parents to attend demo classes or counselling sessions. Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records of calls. Coordinate with the academic counsellor or branch head for confirmed meetings. Requirements Excellent communication and convincing skills (in Hindi/English). Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry). Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
