DGM - Project

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager - Projects to lead and manage project teams, oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

• Project Planning:
  • Develop project plans, resource allocation, and schedules
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Team Management:
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Project Execution:
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (clients, contractors)
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flows
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure quality standards are met; conduct regular quality audits
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Reporting and Monitoring:
  • Prepare project reports, including progress, budget, and quality metrics
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned exercises
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management, planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional certifications (preferred)
• Experience in construction, real estate, and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of industry-specific software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects
• Complete coordination of projects (single/multiple depending on size)
• Oversee execution from excavation to terrace finishing
• Should have safety knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and experience in quality control, budget, and cash flow management
