We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive who can communicate confidently in English with international clients, coordinate with telecallers, track calls, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative in marketing strategies, and willing to explore new ideas to grow the business. Key Responsibilities Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international customers and partners Coordinate with telecallers and track daily call activities Enter, update, and maintain call details, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system Monitor lead status and ensure proper follow-up is done Develop and suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversions Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline) Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts Required Skills & Qualifications Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory Ability to coordinate with telecalling teams and manage follow-ups Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly Good organizational and data-entry skills Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred (Added Advantage) Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools such as: - Social Media Marketing - Email Marketing - Lead generation platforms Basic SEO / Online promotions Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software Previous experience in marketing or customer coordination roles Who Should Apply Candidates who are confident communicators Those who enjoy marketing, strategy, and interacting with people Freshers with strong English skills and marketing interest are welcome Experienced candidates looking for a growth-oriented role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
