Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.). Create new Odoo modules and integrate third-party systems via API. Customize Odoo’s existing framework, workflows, and reports. Implement business logic and workflows based on client requirements. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in Odoo modules. Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Perform version upgrades and migrate data between Odoo versions. Ensure proper testing, quality control, and deployment of Odoo applications. Provide post-deployment technical support to clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in Odoo development. Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo framework. Experience with PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and QWeb reports. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of Odoo deployment on Linux-based environments. Experience with Odoo API integration (REST, JSON, XML-RPC). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience with Docker-based Odoo deployment. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and GST modules. Exposure to Odoo.sh or cloud hosting platforms. Experience with module migration between Odoo versions. Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, or service industries.
