Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Tele-Education Counselor to provide guidance and support to students, parents, and educators through telephone and digital communication platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in education counseling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide academic advising and guidance to students, parents, and educators via phone, email, and video conferencing. 2. Assess students' educational needs and develop personalized learning plans. 3. Offer support and resources to students facing academic challenges, personal issues, or other barriers to learning. 4. Collaborate with educators to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes 5. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders. 6. Stay up-to-date on educational trends, research, and best practices. 7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in education counseling or related field. 2. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 4. Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype). 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working with diverse student populations (e.g., class 12th , higher education, under graduate). 1. 2..
