Our platform is designed for teams and developers who prioritize simplicity without sacrificing flexibility or ownership. About the Role We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who understands both design systems and front-end implementation . The ideal candidate should have experience designing with React component libraries (especially shadcn/ui ) and creating Figma designs that align with real-world React/Tailwind components. You will play a key role in revamping and upscaling the visual experience of dFlow , ensuring our existing components and pages are consistent, elegant, and user-friendly. Responsibilities Redesign existing UI components and screens in Figma to align with dFlow’s design language. Build and maintain a Figma design system that mirrors shadcn/ui and TailwindCSS patterns. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless handoff. Improve overall user experience with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and consistency. Propose modern visual improvements inspired by top-tier SaaS products. Ensure scalability and uniformity across all product modules and states. Requirements Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, variants, components, prototyping). Strong understanding of React-based design systems (shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or Chakra UI). Good grasp of TailwindCSS utility-first design principles . Portfolio demonstrating UI redesigns or component-based system designs . Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy and usability. Nice to Have Experience collaborating with developers on Next.js or React projects.
