Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist in installation of VRF/VRV systems , ductable units, cassette units, split ACs, and ventilation systems. Support senior engineers in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment. Learn to perform ducting, copper piping, insulation, drainage line work, cable routing , etc. Assist in commissioning of air conditioning systems. Maintain tools, safety standards, and daily work reports. Visit project sites and support execution teams. Required Skills Basic understanding of refrigeration & air conditioning systems. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical tools and safety practices. Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision. Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) preferred. Freshers are welcome. Preferred candidate profile AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage). Basic electrical knowledge. Ability to read simple HVAC drawings.
