Roles and Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance tasks on utility, plant, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource allocation. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending modifications or repairs as needed. Desired Candidate Profile * 4-7 years of experience in utility, plant, or mechanical maintenance in a petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry setting. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
