About Role We are seeking an analytical and user-focused Product Manager to lead the development of our core B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform . This critical role will own the product lifecycle for modules handling high-stakes operational workflows, including complex inventory logistics and regulated financial transactions. You will translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable features that drive user efficiency and business success. Role & responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform modules (Inventory, Billing/Invoicing, CRM). Agile Execution: Act as the Product Owner (PO) , writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for dedicated Engineering and Design teams. Operational Focus: Deeply understand B2B operational complexities and user workflows related to high-volume transactional data and supply chain integrity. Compliance Champion: Ensure all product features proactively support user compliance with critical regulatory and financial audit requirements within their respective industry. Customer Advocacy: Conduct continuous user research and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and drive feature adoption. Preferred candidate profile Domain Expertise: Proven track record with software products in areas of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and/or Financial/Billing Systems. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of building scalable, highly reliable, and data-integrity focused software. Regulatory Focus: Experience working within an environment subject to strict compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HealthTech, FinTech, GovTech). Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
