Job Description

As a motivated and hardworking DevOps Engineer at Adobe, your role will be operations-focused. You will help automate and streamline deployment processes, support demo systems, and collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and improve CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Attend Security tickets and ensure compliance with security best practices. - Provide technical support for production and non-production environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployments and system performance in Linux environments. - Assist in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for software delivery and deployment automation. - Develop and maintain scripts using Python and Bash to automate system tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure using established tools. - Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth and reliable deployments. - Help maintain and manage the version control system, specifically Git. - Participate in on-call rotations to support critical production systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 4-7 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in DevOps. - Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with system administration tasks. - Basic scripting skills in Python. - Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. - Experience using Git for source code management. - Problem-solving attitude and interest in technical problem-solving. - Collaborative team spirit and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues. - Eagerness to embrace new technologies and methodologies. Nice-to-have Skills: - Ticket Management for security-related issues. - Vulnerability Remediation in collaboration with development teams. - Security Tool Integration in CI/CD pipelines. - Security Incident Response participation. - Access and Secrets Management for sensitive data. - Security Monitoring and Alerting setup. - Participation in Security Audits and assessments.
