Designation: Development Manager Agent Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment of Agents through diverse channels to ensure the attainment of business targets. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance service levels for clients, ensuring the sustenance of existing business through effective follow-ups, coordination with stakeholders for approvals and payouts, and other administrative activities.
