Company: Edelweiss Life Insurance Channel : Bancassurance Designation: Relationship Manager Job Purpose: To drive business through Channel Partners, branch staff and distribution network. Key Responsibilities: To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation• To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day• To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers• To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter• To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch Job Requirements: Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline Experience 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Insurance (Preferably in Banca) Functional Competencies • Customer Orientation • Partner Management Planning Role & responsibilities: Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
