Job Description

As a Developer Relations Support Engineer at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in supporting developers to optimize the capabilities of the Adobe Express developer platform. With a focus on delivering exceptional technical support and enhancing the developer experience, you will collaborate closely with external developers and partners to ensure seamless integration and innovative digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues by replicating problems, reviewing and creating code snippets, and offering clear, actionable solutions. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues related to APIs, integrations, and custom configurations within the Adobe Express platform. Setting clear timelines for issue resolution and providing timely updates will be essential in managing expectations effectively. In addition to providing technical support, you will actively engage in community forums, address technical challenges, and escalate issues based on customer SLAs to ensure a smooth developer experience. By identifying areas for improvement in support processes, you will contribute to refining and scaling our services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for developers. Your role will also involve documenting insights, sharing common issues with the team, and providing mentorship to developers to facilitate successful implementation of tools. Monitoring support metrics, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones will be key in resolving issues promptly and effectively. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong expertise in JavaScript, web concepts, and software development methodologies is required, along with proven experience in collaborating with external customers or developers to provide technical support. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential to excel in this role.
