The role requires you to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, and investigating problem areas throughout the software development life cycle. Collaborating with functional teams to convert client requirements into feasible designs and conferring with project managers are key aspects of the role. You will be responsible for performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development by evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors or improve performance, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. Timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation, as well as providing feedback on usability and serviceability, are essential parts of the coding process. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in status reporting and maintain a customer focus by capturing client requirements, taking feedback regularly, participating in continuing education and training, and consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces. Documenting solutions, ensuring good quality of interaction with customers, and providing timely responses to customer requests are crucial components of maintaining customer satisfaction. The deliverables for this role include Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, and MIS & Reporting. Mandatory skills include expertise in Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM, and the ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in the field.
