Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong design background. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular). - Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar). - Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows.
