MALE CANDIDATE Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment & Receipt entries). Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Prepare monthly GST workings, TDS filings, and coordinate with auditors. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Manage payroll processing, employee expense claims, and statutory compliance. Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and maintain proper documentation.
Marketing & Promotion Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services. Create promotional content for social media, brochures, posters, reels, and ads. Manage social media pages (posting, engagement, messaging). Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, and email. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools. Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools (preferred). Ability to multitask and work independently.
