Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards Make beds, change bed linen, pillow covers, and towels Clean bathrooms, toilets, washbasins, and floors Dust furniture, clean windows, mirrors, and fixtures Refill room amenities (soap, shampoo, water bottles, etc.) Report any damage or maintenance issues to management Guest Assistance Attend to guest requests politely and professionally Provide basic assistance to guests inside rooms when required Maintain good behavior and communication with guests Check-In / Check-Out Coordination Ensure rooms are ready on time for guest check-in Inspect rooms immediately after guest check-out Update room status (vacant, occupied, cleaning required) Maintain proper timing during peak check-in and check-out hours Time & Duty Management Follow duty schedules and hotel working hours strictly Maintain punctuality and discipline Complete assigned work within the given time Hygiene & Safety Follow hotel hygiene and safety guidelines Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely Maintain personal cleanliness and uniform standards Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of room cleaning and housekeeping work Ability to work long hours and under pressure Good attitude and willingness to serve guests Physically fit for cleaning and maintenance tasks Prior hotel or guest house experience preferred (not mandatory) Reporting To Housekeeping Supervisor / Hotel Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Work Location: In person
