Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cathlab Technician - Incharge to oversee and manage the operations of our Cathlab unit. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures, a strong leadership ability, and experience in handling cathlab equipment and team coordination. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Cathlab Assist in all Cathlab procedures including angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker insertion, etc. Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of all cathlab equipment Lead and supervise junior technicians Coordinate with cardiologists, nursing staff, and administrative teams Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols Maintain accurate procedural documentation and inventory Train and evaluate new technicians Preferred candidate profile Diploma or BS.c Degree in Cardiac Technology / Cathlab Technician course (Preferred pass out from State Medical Faculty of West Bengal) Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
