Job Description

1. A professional from the corporate Interior space with experience & strong understanding of design, features and functions 2. Strong techno commercial skills 3. Facilitating the sales team for medium and large size projects 4. Dealt with senior personnel’s (Architects & Interior designers, directors, purchase heads) 5. Strong in vendor management & their evaluation with every aspect 6. Strong skills of relation building 7. Strong negotiation skills 8. Strong coordination skills 9. Understanding of customization and its limitations 10. Understanding on Quality standards 11. Knowledge of designing and AutoCAD and other design software’s Responsible for design and development at Hyderabad office ensuring their timely and accurate working system. · Developing relations with vendors · Coordination between projects pipeline, suspects and prospects, inquiries in hand. · Constant relation building with various interior designers, architects · Evaluate & establish feedback. · Team building & coordination of various departments to achieve optimum output.
