Designer (Revit)

• Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit Architecture/MEP/Structure.
• Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) with precision and detail.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate design inputs.
• Review and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Maintain communication with project managers to ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure drawings adhere to company and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing libraries, templates, and families in Revit.
• Produce schedules, material take-offs, and reports from BIM models.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings before submission.
• Update and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, levels, and technical details.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visualizations for clients.
• Provide support during design reviews and client meetings.
• Collaborate with site teams for design implementation and modifications.
• Stay updated with the latest Revit features, BIM trends, and industry practices.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
