Role Description: Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts to life through motion. Develop storyboards, style frames, and quick prototypes to explore and present ideas. Stay curious about emerging tools, design styles, and cultural trends , bringing fresh energy into our creative work. Juggle multiple projects with creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of play. What You’ll Bring: 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related fields. First and foremost, ability to understand good design, know hows and why behind a working design and understanding best practices across platform or an intent to learn. A portfolio that shows motion design skills, creative thinking, and visual storytelling . (We don’t have to see all your work, just want your best) Familiarity with UI/UX motion design (micro-interactions, product animations). Curiosity about expressions, plugins, or scripts to streamline animation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) . Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) or sound design . A sharp eye for timing, transitions, and storytelling through movement . A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback — you’re excited to grow as a designer. Appreciate if you have: Experience with VFX. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, or security best practices.
