First and foremost, ability to understand good design, know hows and why behind a working design and understanding best practices across platform or an intent to learn. A portfolio that shows motion design skills, creative thinking, and visual storytelling . (We don’t have to see all your work, just want your best) Familiarity with UI/UX motion design (micro-interactions, product animations). Curiosity about expressions, plugins, or scripts to streamline animation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) . Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) or sound design . A sharp eye for timing, transitions, and storytelling through movement .
