Role & responsibilities

• Lead the

  mechanical design of MEP systems

  for c

  ommercial, and residential, building projects

• Prepare detailed

  HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs in compliance with local and international codes

• Conduct fire fighting system design and plumbing system design using relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform design engineering tasks for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, including heat load calculation, for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in mechanical

  design for building projects

• Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainability practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Willingness to relocate as per project needs
