Design Engineer - Low Voltage 3 Phase ACI motors

You will be joining our engineering team as an experienced 3-Phase AC Induction Motor Designer. Your role will involve designing and developing efficient and reliable induction motors for various applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include conducting performance analysis and simulations to optimize motor efficiency, torque, and operational reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motor designs into larger systems and utilize CAD software and specialized tools to create detailed design documents and schematics. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and validating prototypes, analyzing results to refine designs, staying updated with industry trends and technologies, and providing technical support during the manufacturing process and troubleshooting in the field. You will also prepare and present design reports, technical specifications, and project documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. You should have proven experience in designing 3-phase AC induction motors, proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools, a strong understanding of motor control theory, thermal management, and vibration analysis, as well as experience with international motor standards.,
