Job Description

Expertise knowledge in design and development of Cooling Pump, Valves, Blowers & other Thermal units for Electric vehicles Design & development, co-ordination with suppliers for various components (e.g. rubber isolators, friction washer, sinter bearings & washers, metal sleeve, aluminium die-cast cover, plastic & sheet metal components) Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using TcE + NX Evaluation of PPAP measurement reports of components for C-samples Preparation of documents such as mounting instructions, offer drawings, and assembly drawings. Creation, updation and maintaining of engineering BOM in SAP To perform requirement analysis, tolerance & engineering calculation Mechanical Engineer with strong fundamentals Experience in product development processes & handling component level responsible Good knowledge in GD&T, tolerance stack up analysis Pro-Active, quick learning and capable of handling the task independently Good problem solving & analytical capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills German language will be an added advantage Required Skills -3D Models, 2D Manufacturing Drawings, TcE + NX, PPAP, BOM, SAP, GDT, Design Engineer Cooling Pump
