Company Description At Design Co:Lab, we believe that great projects emerge from the collaboration of thinkers, doers, and innovators. Founded in 2019 by three college friends, the studio was built on a shared vision—to reimagine the built environment through creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. Our work is rooted in research, shaped by context, and guided by a spirit of exploration and innovation. We strive to design spaces that generate meaningful social, economic, and environmental impact—spaces that are inclusive, equitable, and responsive to the communities they serve. Design Co:Lab is a non-hierarchical, open, and creative studio where ideas are shaped collectively. We centre the user in every project, using design not to impose, but to enhance and amplify the everyday experience. Our process is iterative—constantly evolving through testing, learning, and improving. Role Description Passionate about shaping inclusive, people-centric cities? Interested in working across multiple scales — from design to planning to implementation? If so, we want YOU on our team! Qualifications: 0-2 years work experience in urban planning, urban design, architecture, and interiors. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required. Master’s Degree in Urban Design / Planning is preferred. Fluent in English and Tamil (speaking and writing) is preferred. Proficiency in design and visualization software, including Adobe Design Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray / Blender or equivalent
