Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Guwahati branch. The Architect will design and execute architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with the firm's philosophy and client expectations. Responsibilities include developing innovative architectural designs, managing projects, integrating modern and traditional techniques, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The individual will ensure that projects adhere to regulations, timelines, and budget constraints while maintaining the highest design standards. Experience 2-3 years of experience Preference will be given to person with experience in medical college and hospital Qualifications Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design processes Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects Understanding of Software Development and Integration related to design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt to both contemporary and traditional architectural methodologies Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Familiarity with local building regulations and codes is preferred
