Design and Digital Products - UI/UX - Manager

You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional, designing, building, and implementing experiences to enhance business performance and drive customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **User Advocacy and Research:** - Act as a champion for user needs, ensuring designs are empathetic and solve real-world problems. - Conduct UX research, create personas, and benchmark best practices to inform design strategies. - Assess existing user experiences to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - **Strategic UI/UX Design:** - Design visually appealing, intuitive, and functional interfaces for client products and systems. - Design and maintain UI components like navigation menus, CTAs, tabs, carousels, and in-app banners for cohesive user experiences. - **Prototyping and Testing:** - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools. - Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the experience. - Conduct user testing to ensure usability, accessibility, and desirability. - **Collaboration:** - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs aligning with business and technical requirements. - **Leadership and Team Building:** - Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. - Mentor team members for their professional growth and skills development. - Promote collaboration and motivation within the team to achieve project goals. - **Client Management and Engagement:** - Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions and AI-enhanced offerings. - Present design concepts, strategies, and progress updates effectively to key stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent. - Minimum 8 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products and services. - Experience in team management and all aspects of design. - Experience collaborating across teams including Marketing, Product Managers, and Engineers. - Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools/platforms like Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, etc. Accenture is a leading global professional services company, offering services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations across various industries.
