Job Title: South Indian Cook/Helper Experience: Prior experience in South Indian cuisine preferred Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Sambhar, Vada, Upma, and other regional specialties. Ensure all dishes are cooked properly, maintaining taste, quality, and presentation standards. Assist in ingredient preparation, including cleaning, chopping, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Manage stock of ingredients and notify about procurement needs. Follow safety and sanitation standards in food handling and kitchen operations. Support other kitchen staff as needed.
