Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents. Delegate draftsmen for quantity take off to cross-check the BOQ quantities and schedules. Prepare and combine the cost estimate. Ensure the full scope is covered or proper qualification is included. Attend pre / post tender meeting and capable to prepare a VE bid. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Estimation Manager.
