Role Description We are looking for a People Generalist who can get things done in a fast moving work environment. Someone who enjoys execution, problem solving, and building simple systems that scale. ⚡️ ✨ What you will do • Source candidates and build a steady talent pipeline • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers • Keep the recruiting process organised across tools, schedules, and communication • Run smooth onboarding and make sure new hires have everything they need • Keep documents, data, and workflows clean and structured • Build and update the employee handbook and HR policies • Improve processes and drive automation to reduce manual work • Handle employee questions with clarity and good judgment • Support managers on performance, development, and people topics • Manage offboarding when needed • Support compliance with local laws and internal processes • Bring creativity, speed, and positive energy to improve how we work 🧩 Who you are • Strong at execution and operational work • Fast, proactive, and comfortable solving problems • Efficient with tools and automation • Able to work independently with limited structure • Clear communicator • Startup mindset and interested in building simple systems • Curious, practical, and positive • Comfortable working remotely in the GST timezone 📌 Requirements • 2 to 4 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience • Strong recruiting coordination skills 🎯 • Experience in a fast paced or startup environment is a plus • Strong English skills • Comfortable with HR systems and documentation • Comfortable working across time zones ⏱️ If you want to work in a fast moving environment and you bring energy and creativity, apply now!
