Key Individual Accountabilities

Strategic

• Able to identify the concerns for long term into Product, Systems & fitment function.

Financial

• Able to Prepare the Capex and Opex budget & tracking expenses against the budget.
• Able to do timely analysis if Cost Target is not achieved.

Customer/ External Orientation

• Able to Coordinate and manage Customer/Architect/Sales/Service/DRE visits and timely update on decided actions related to their concerns.

People Orientation

• Able to listen and identify Customer &Employee concerns and able to provide timely solution.

Core operational accountabilities

• Able to Manage, Achieve, Sustain and maintain Daily Customer, Warranty, In house Rejections & Scrap targets
• Able to Prepare and represent Monthly Quality Data at Plant Level along with achievements and analysis especially in Customer complaints, Reoccurrence, NC, Scrap, Cost Saving, People Development, Quality Initiatives etc.
• Able to prioritize the assigned tasks for satisfaction of the customer
• Expected well update and desired discussion on Shop Floor Issues timely,
• Able to drive Continuous Improvement, 5S, TPM, Team Engagement
• Able to do a deep analysis on various issues related to Quality.
• Maintain high level of integrity and trust in all interactions and tasks.
• Able to think, Plan and organize various initiatives, follow ups to achieve targets on daily and monthly basis.
• Able to identify TNI of team member on skill basis and coordination with HR for gap fulfillment.
• Able to drive the team, encourage team bonding.
• Customer Complaint Reduction, Warranty issues Reduction, In House Rejection reduction, Scrap reduction, Participation in Quality Circle along with team for External Award, Representing Plant Quality at Glance to others for learning and Sharing purpose

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement in defined targets of Customer Complaint reduction (Reorders, Reoccurrence, NC)
• Achievement in defined targets of In-House Rejection
• Achievement of Daily Scrap targets
• Effective Closure of any Quality issues with occurrence and detection-based analysis.
• Able to identify root causes
• Good Trainer on Quality Tools
• Zero Accident in the form of First Aid, Minor or Major in Quality Department
• People Development through participation in external events like Quality Circles
• Team Player, Team Bonding, Team Engagement score within target
